Lyman 12 Ga. Roll Crimping Tool
This is what it takes to close those great Federal paper hulls after trimming to 2 ½”. Give those English guns the shells they were made for. Give your American gun made before 1925 the ammunition it craves, and was made to shoot. Older doubles were made to shoot paper hulls of the correct length. The forcing cones are short because of the thickness of paper shells. A Federal hull trimmed to 2 ½” and roll crimped has about the same internal capacity as a 2 ¾” hull star crimped. It’s quick, it’s easy, and once you start you will never go back. Complete instructions enclosed but if you have trouble just give me a call. Be sure to check out the package deal of hulls, wads, overshot cards and a roll crimper, below. Roll Crimper Only.
